TGI held the Business Partner Gathering 2024 online on Wednesday, 26 June 2024, inviting speakers & TGI's business partners. Opening the event, TGI's Finance & Administration Director, Bapak Sahat Parlindungan Simarmata, expressed his appreciation for their participation in the procurement process and in carrying out work at TGI in accordance with the work contracts, under which the parties have each been able to exercise their rights and obligations well.
On this occasion, TGI gave a presentation on the procurement process in relation to the CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System). In addition, speakers from PT Tender Indonesia and Bank Mandiri gave presentations on business licensing requirements for companies, in this case business partners, in connection with their participation in tender processes in general, as well as on bank guarantees as a form of performance security in work contracts.
The event aimed to integrate the values of compliance with the law and awareness of HSSE into business collaboration, thereby creating a working environment that is safe, sustainable and in accordance with the prevailing regulations. It also aimed to build better mutually beneficial cooperation and to support lasting synergy between business partners and TGI.
