PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI) has signed the Collective Labour Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama, PKB) for the 2023-2025 period with the employees' union Serikat Pegawai Trangasindo (SP Transgasindo).
The PKB was signed in Jakarta on Thursday, 4 May 2023, by the President Director of TGI, Bpk. A.A.P. Bagus Putra, together with the General Chairman of SP Transgasindo, Bpk. M.A. Mudlil. The signing of the PKB was also witnessed by the company's negotiating team and by representatives of the SP Transgasindo management.
With the signing of this PKB, it is hoped that the agreement will serve as a strategic means of creating a harmonious relationship between the Company and the Employees' Union in order to raise employee productivity and the company's performance.
