TGI won 2 (two) awards in the field of Human Capital at the Top Human Capital Awards 2024, held on 30 October 2024 at Hotel Raffless, Jakarta.
The two awards are:
- The High Performing Human Capital Director 2024 (Bapak Sahat Simarmata)
- Top Human Capital Awards 2024 # four (4 ) stars
The Top Human Capital Awards 2024 is an annual awards event for Human Capital practitioners organised by TOP BUSINESS and supported by HC Teams from a number of institutions, such as Asosiasi Human Capital (the Human Capital Association), Konsultan Human Capital (Human Capital Consultants), Lembaga Kajian Nawacita (LKN), and teaching staff from, among others, Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Pertamina and PPM Manajemen.
2024 is the first time TGI has entered this award and it has successfully come through the judging session held on 30 September 2024.
Going forward, TGI is determined to continue developing its HCMS in order to keep supporting the Company's business.
